Stephanie Harris, CPPC

Knowledge/Management/Experience/Highlights

As a coach, I offer support focused on achieving enhanced and sustainable results, leading with mindset. I have worked in the private sector across multiple industries. As a marketing professional, I also have provided services to Fortune 500, federal agencies and not-for-profit entities. During this immediate period of COVID19, I rose to international prominence as a COVID advocate, as I assisted my husband through the navigation of his disease.

I was drawn to positive psychology due to my obsession with positivity and the belief in the power developing skills of resilience and resourcefulness. As a certified positive psychology coach, injecting positivity and optimism, into the complex and change laden work of antiracism is pivotal. It is also useful to provide a factual historical perspective to prepare participants. My goal is to explain all facilitation/coaching around race discussions has to begin with a notion that we are creating POSITIVE change within organizations and communities

Inclusive conversations require the courage to critically reflect to acknowledge what you don't know about race and to embrace a willingness to learn.

The desired outcome of equitable conversations, as facilitators, is enhanced mutual understanding which leads to equitable solutions. If we don't learn to talk about part differences, there's no hope for achieving equity inclusion and belonging.

Expertise

As an architect of mindset management, my coaching approach incorporates experiential learning as a basis for change management. This is accomplished by supporting leaders as they navigate and shift perceptions and behaviors. I incorporate values, strengths and cultural competence assessments in my practice as part of an holistic approach.
